WinTOTAL Aurora – February 9, 2006 Update

This update contains the new HomeFocus Desktop Valuation form and improvements throughout WinTOTAL.

New Form

HomeFocus Desktop Valuation [10/05]

Forms Engine

·                     Changing the formatting for numbers to include or exclude the leading plus or minus will no longer add a zero to the number in the field.

·                     When printing, individual pages of multi-page forms can now be removed from the table of contents.

·                     A scenario which could cause an error stating, “…unexpected error: [0]” when saving has been fixed.

·                     Hitting the Esc key in a popup for one of the contacts on the order form will no longer cause the auto complete drop downs to stop working for the next field.

Apex Integration

An issue has been fixed which caused the backup sketch files to not be named correctly.

Instant Customer Update

The automatic update process has been reworked.  Now at the scheduled time, the Instant Customer Update will download updates.  Then, you will be notified the next time WinTOTAL is started about the updates and you can choose whether or not to install them.  To enable this double-click the Assistant and select Configure Auto Updates.

Based on feedback, the option to transfer the MSA number to your report has been turned off by default.

Order PowerView

·                     The option to Add/Update Contacts is now turned off by default.

·                     In the Options, the setting to automatically add a location map to your report has been changed to Auto Mapping.

Rels Order Integration

The Contact/Access Information is now displayed on the WinTOTAL order form.
