WinTOTAL Aurora – March 24, 2006 Update

Formfilling

·                     When you select to use auto-numbering with the sequential method, characters added to the Internal Order # field are properly filtered, avoiding a type mismatch error.

·                     Automatic text overflows to the addenda are now saved immediately.

Comps

·                     When you update a comparable in your report, and then immediately import it into your comparable database, it will now be correctly identified as an updated comp and added to the database.

·                     Creation of duplicate images when importing previously used comparables into the database is now fixed.

·                     When using the net.X wizard from the Tools menu in WinTOTAL, all types of comparables are now properly added to the location map. 

Sketching

·                     In certain cases, after cloning a file and adding a new flood map, the sketch could be lost.  This has been corrected.

·                     Cases where adding a calculation addendum to your sketch could cause a crash have been fixed.

·                     When you delete a sketch page from the Sketch PowerView, it is now removed immediately.

General

·                     Entering your registration information in WinTOTAL has been improved.

·                     SafeStart verifies that aggressive anti-virus products have not blocked proper registration of safe system components and files.

XSites Business Management integration

·                     In some cases data was not being displayed and/or formatted correctly in the Invoicing and Accounting screens in Business Management.

·                     We improved the methods used to verify that invoice numbers are only used once.

·                     Verifications were also put in place to validate data in the fee note section of the order form.

·                     The Client Login screen and the Order an Appraisal screen on the front end of the XSite have been improved, and the “Send Account Info” button is now more visible and easier to identify.

·                     Speed and performance of the Business Management interface has been improved.
