WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – October 16, 2006 Update
This update will include the supporting files for our new Vendor Integration Platform (VIP).

Comps PowerView

The F6 key can now be used to override numbers only formatting in the Comps Side-by-side.
A problems has been resolved that could cause "run-time error 91" when certain older comparables were imported.

Forms PowerView

All of the fields in a multi-field QuickList comment are now populated even if fields overflow to an addendum.
If you select a Recent Response comment and then choose to add to QuickList, the selected text is no added to the QuickList instead of what is in the field currently.
On the addenda view in the All view for QuickList, the right-click Add to QuickList option now works correctly.
Removing a QuickList from the All view no longer causes the list to be resorted.
The Alt+# shortcut keys no longer work when the All view in the QuickList is displayed.
When adding a QuickList comment and "Add to QuickList as Item." is unchecked, the comment is no longer saved in the QuickList view. It will be added as a entry in the All view.
A problem has been fixed which caused the supervisor's signature to not be shown on the form if a color option other than Default was selected.
When in the Addenda view, switching between the All and Quick views in the QuickLists now displays the correct entries.

General

When delivering reports using plugins on a machine that has not been configured for Internet connection, the Internet Setup Wizard is now run.
A scenario has been identified and fixed which could cause WinTOTAL's database settings to become invalid after an update and cause the WinTOTAL user list would show up blank.
When merging and no forms are selected, a message is now shown to explain there is nothing to merge.
Double-clicking on a custom toolbar will no longer cause that toolbar to be hidden.
When signing a report and the "Set status to complete" option is enabled, the report is now marked correctly as complete.
An issue which would prevent certain enhanced AppraisalPort orders from opening has been corrected.
Focus is no longer lost on signature screen if you are logged into WinTOTAL to a user with no signature.

Marshall & Swift Integration

The physical, functional and external depreciation values are now shown separately on forms that contain fields for each value.
If the effective age is entered in Marshall & Swift, it is now shown on the form in WinTOTAL.
The information shown for the Owner of Public record field is no longer cut off in the Data lookup panel.

Southwest Financial Services Plugin

A new XSite plugin for Southwest Financial Services (http://www.sfsltd.com). Orders from Southwest Financial will be delivered through your XSite. Statuses and report delivery sent from Aurora will automatically update the order on the Southwest Financial web site.

WinTOTAL Conversion Wizard

The city, state and zip information for the appraiser and supervisor on the new 1004 form is now converted properly for Residential Appraiser reports.

Updated Forms

The forms below have been updated to always print the Net and Gross labels and percentages, regardless of the option set in the Printing Options.
