WinTOTAL Aurora

WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – September 13, 2007 Update
This update includes improvements throughout WinTOTAL. Additionally, this update will install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 if it is not already installed on your system. The .NET Framework 2.0 is required to support the new Virtual Earth mapping platform that is coming soon to Aurora.

Addenda PowerView:

Overflowing text into the addendum when no major form is present in the report now works correctly.
Order form fields can now be added to the addendum using the "Insert Field" option.
It is now possible to load a custom addendum immediately after deleting one.
Now after inserting a field into the addenda, then saving and closing a report you will now be able to change the default Addenda Font.
Now when you click Pocket Addenda when in an E&O Addenda, it will now open in focus so that you can start typing without having to click your mouse into the field.
The Appraisal Desktop will no longer steal focus when you change the background color of a table in the addenda split screen.
Font codes are no longer displayed when inserting fields into the addenda that have a different font and/or size than the default.

Comps Database:

Comps exported to the database will now retain the Latitude and Longitude when the location map is added from the Map button in the Comps Powerview.
Importing Comps from the File Cabinet will import the image correctly into the database.
Immediately adding new columns after changing column widths now saves the new column widths correctly.
Adding a comparable manually will now display the proper QuickList entries for the Address field.
All labels for the comparable import wizard are now visible in 800x600 resolutions.
The Comps Database Import Wizard will now load properly even if there are improperly formatted reports folders in the WinTOTAL directory.
Importing comparables from a folder with only one report now works correctly.
The Preview Duplicate Comparable screen now remembers the last window position when screen resolutions are set to 800X600.

Comps Side by Side:

Clicking into the beginning of a field in the Comps PV with the 'Select all text when entering field' option checked no longer highlights all text in the field.
After using the ESC key, Alt-Down will work correctly without having to leave the field.
Subject suggested value now correctly calculates when using the tab key to leave a field after making an adjustment.
The skip by enter formatting option will no longer cause the up and down arrows to skip a field.
Now after using a QuickList item for the description field and moving to the adjustment field, data can correctly be entered.
Now clicking enter on the last field of an expanded comp will wrap to the top of the next comp.
When using CTRL + L to lock a field in the side-by-side view, it will correctly change the background color for the text and the entire field.
Now when you have your cursor in any one comp field and then right click into a different comp and a different field the right click menu will come up and the field that we just right clicked on will have focus.
When doing CTRL + Arrow left after hiding a comparable from the Comps Side-by-side view will no longer give any error codes.
Changing the rounding setting with the drop-down on the toolbar will no longer cause the form to lose focus.
Reorder Comps will show GBA instead of GLA if you have a 1025 as your major form in a report.
When using F6 to override a field after typing letters in an adjustment field, it will no longer highlight the text.
When using the old Royal LePage Form in the Comps PowerView, clicking enter will now correctly wrap to the next comp and then back around to the subject.

Contacts PowerView:

Sorting with large amounts of contacts in your database now works without losing any functionality in WinTOTAL.

Contents PowerView:

Switching major forms with the preview open will now update the preview correctly.
Printing a preview of a form will no longer attempt to save a PDF when a physical printer is set as default.
Swapping the major form in a report that had previously been saved as an Athena report will no longer prompt for a major form swap twice.

Delivery Plugins:

The LightHouse Plugin no longer cuts off the end of the description of the converted file.
Delivering reports to AppraisalPort will now show images that have a JPEG extension.
Text is no longer cut off in 'Order Acknowledgement screen when acknowledging a RELS order.
Delivering a report will now deliver when Outlook is already open using Windows Vista with UAC turned on.

Desktop Billing:

<New> option in the QuickLists pane will now stay in the correct position in the Invoice Editor.
Clicking in the middle of the contacts drop-down boxes in the Invoice Editor will now open the drop-down.
Double-clicking on a product in 'Active Products List' now adds that product whenever it’s is opened from the WinTOTAL Configuration Utility.
Right-clicking on a row in the 'Invoices' view of Desktop Billing now selects that row.
Single-clicking into the middle of the compare box accessed from the Dashboard now opens the drop-down.
The borrower column is now available in the Invoices view.
The QuickList scrollbar in the Invoice Editor now accurately reflects the amount of QuickLists for each field.
The TO: sections in all invoice forms with a tear-off section are now editable in the Invoice Editor.
Using the spacebar to check Reports in the 'Desktop Business Management Import Wizard' now allows you to click 'Next'.
When editing an invoice, focus is now set in the first available field on the form.
When enabling Desktop Billing, the EULA screen no longer flashes an unneeded scrollbar at the bottom of the window.

Files PowerView:

Focus is correctly now set when choosing to export an address to XSellerate.
When acknowledging a RELS order you can only enter 155 characters in the Comments field to prevent problems when acknowledging the order.
When exporting to QuickBooks, an open report in WinTOTAL will no longer steal focus from the Appraisal Desktop.
Canceling out of renaming a report works correctly now when that report is already open.
Changing the status of an XSite integrated report now immediately updates the counts for the tracking folders, as well as moves the report to the correct tracking folder.
Attaching a WinTOTAL files folder to the File Cabinet then moving the reports will now work without opening the report.
A scenario in which auto expand could be enabled in an attached directory has been resolved.
Marking a report as paid now uses currency formatting in the reports grid.
Rebuilding the folder list in the Appraisal Desktop no longer unchecks all excluded folders in 'Tracking Rules'.
The File Cabinet now displays 'There are no items to delete' when attempting to empty an empty Deleted Items folder.

Forms PowerView:

Auto-save occurring while making changes in the field formatting dialog box now saves correctly.
Spell-check will no longer highlight the wrong word when it is next to a word with the same letters as the misspelling.
The scrollbars for the E&O results are now fully viewable in 800x600 resolutions.
When you start a new report, add a major form, and go to the Addenda Split screen, it will now stay in the correct location on the form you are working on.

General:

Adjusting margin settings for printing no longer causes scanned images or map pages to print blank.
Comparable proximities will no longer be updated when the field is locked from transfers.
It is now possible to edit the header information in the Maps and Sketch PowerViews.
Using F2 to push data in the comparable grids now works correctly on forms with more than three comparables built into the form.
Black bars are no longer inserted after recent responses in multi line fields.
The update documentation is displayed prior to rebooting when an update requires a reboot.
The 'Ignore words with mixed case' option within 'Spell check options' now ignores words with the first letter capitalized.

Image PowerView:

With no images in your database, adding photos from QuickPix from unused images and not previewing the photos, you will now be able to optimize the image without switching views.
The number of screen refreshes while working in the Images on Disk section has been reduced.
Columns now retain their sort order in the 'My Albums' view of the Images PowerView.
Deleting Image pages quickly in the Images PowerView now works correctly.
The images count is now updated immediately after deleting images from an album.
Now when quickly dragging and dropping images from Disk to a photo page will put the correct image on the photo page the first time.
The tooltip for a picture in the Image Database appears for 5 seconds after the flyout of the image is fully visible.

Image Optimizer:

Adjusting the settings (Such as brightness or contrast) on the Enhance tab will now perform quicker.
Rotating an image in the image optimizer and then making an image adjustment (Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, or Sharpness) will no longer flicker the image from the optimized image to the original image.
The adjustment buttons on the Enhance tab of the Image Optimizer will now increase and decrease settings in one step increments.
Repaired an issue where rotating an image in the Image Optimizer wouldn’t immediately rotate the image in the Images PowerView.

QuickPix:

Invalid characters can no longer be used when configuring automatic filenames.
QuickPix now closes properly after retrieving Images.
In QuickPix, entering the description first and then the address will correctly change the filename.

Maps PowerView:

Entering information in the three lines above the location map in the Maps PowerView will now carry over to the Forms PowerView correctly.
Pressing the 'Enter key' will correctly advance to the next field immediately after downloading a map without having to press the 'Tab Key'.
The Google and MapQuest links are now viewable at 800x600 resolutions.

Order PowerView:

The Desktop Billing icon will no longer be covered up by the recent response arrow or show through the Bill To contact pop-up window.
The Effective Date will now populate from the 1004 form with a comma when using the Month, DD YYYY format.

Sketch PowerView:

Apex will no longer open out of focus when launched from a workstation running Windows Vista.
Closing out of the Sketching Options dialog box will no longer cause WinTOTAL to lose focus if multiple reports are open.
Field formatting tools will now work properly for the Sketch page.
Importing a one page sketch and replacing a two page sketch will no longer leave the second page of the original sketch in the report.
Marketplace now opens in focus from the "Sketch with..." toolbar button when using Windows Vista.
The Sketch Import screen will now save the order in which the columns are sorted.
Data placed on the building sketch page in the Sketch PowerView will now carry over to the Forms PowerView correctly.
Appraisal Desktop will no longer appear behind WinTOTAL when any option from the data menu was selected.

WinTOTAL Conversion Wizard:

Added support for converting reports from the newer version of Clickforms.
Photos, Comps, and Comments from CRAL reports are now imported properly with the Conversion Wizard.
Now when printing a Clickforms report to PDF after converting it to WinTOTAL, it will allow you to print all pages to PDF.
Converting a report that was created in Clickforms 4.5.0 will correctly convert the information into WinTOTAL by mapping it correctly on to each form, including Scanned Addendum pages.
Improved flexibility and functionality for converting Wilson and Residential Appraisers databases.

Workfile PowerView:

Resetting the toolbar will no longer make the Drag/Drop button disappear.
