WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – October 2008 Update
This update includes improvements throughout WinTOTAL Aurora as well as the new GP Commercial form set.

Comps PowerView: 

• Importing comparables from the Files PowerView, after customizing the Images database path, will now import the images to the correct location.
• Comps saved to the Workfile can now be imported when importing comps from reports in the Files PowerView.
• Using the X to close the “Add” comparable window will no longer add a blank entry to the database.
• Selecting the entire “Reports” folder when importing from the Files PowerView will now import comparables from all reports in your File Cabinet. 
• Locking a field in the Side-by-side view will now set the correct font background color.
• The Tab key will now correctly navigate fields in the Comps side-by-side view.
• A scenario in which the incorrect QuickList could be shown when the "Automatically show drop-down lists when entering a field" option is set has been corrected.
• Shift+Tab and Ctrl+Left arrow now move to the appropriate field when used in the first address line of the comparables for a GP Consumer report.
• The command to override number format now works properly when multiple fields are selected.

Configuration Options: 

• Changing Photo Capture Settings for Images in WinTOTAL Configuration Options will now save and update QuickPix correctly. 
• The image quality setting in the WinTOTAL configuration screen will now save settings higher than 95% properly.

Delivery - AppraisalPort:

• Additional Photo limitations have been increased to 99.
• Changing the Lender/Client address information on the major form will now convert correctly.
• An error has been corrected that could occur when delivering either the 71A [Rev. 12/83][Y2K] or 71B [Rev. 8/77][Y2K] forms via AppraisalPort.
• Comparable Sale comment fields on the Additional Comparables page for the ERC [Rev 09/03] form now convert correctly.
• Rental Photo Page data will now be delivered to AppraisalPort correctly whenever the major form has no rental grid.
• The Age field on the Rental Photo page now converts correctly.
• The Present Land Use 'Other' field now correctly converts when the field contains a label and the percentage.
• OADI viewer will now display the first supported form by default when no major form is present.
• Reports containing the same image on more than one photograph page now convert correctly. 
• Reports signed with a signature in .dib or .tga file format will now convert and be delivered correctly.
• .GIF images are now supported when selecting a signature file through the AppraisalPort delivery wizard.
• The delivery wizard will now prompt you when using a digital signature that doesn’t meet the recommended size specifications.
• Scanned Document pages are now supported and convert correctly to AppraisalPort.

Delivery - GAC/Fiserv: 

• The Present Land Use 'Other' field now correctly converts when the field contains a label and the percentage.
• Comparable Sale comment fields on the Additional Comparables page for the ERC [Rev 09/03] form now convert correctly.
• Rental Photo Page data will now be delivered to GAC/Fiserv correctly whenever the major form has no rental grid.
• The Age field on the Rental Photo page now converts correctly.
• Additional Photo limitations have been increased to 99.
• Changing the Lender/Client address information on the major form will now convert correctly.
• Using Next and Back to navigate through the wizard shows the correct screens now when an override code was required.
• Reports containing the same image on more than one photograph page now convert correctly. 
• Reports signed with a signature in .dib or .tga file format will now convert and be delivered correctly.
• .GIF images are now supported when selecting a signature file through the GAC / Fiserv delivery wizard.
• The delivery wizard will now prompt you when using a digital signature that doesn’t meet the recommended size specifications.
• Scanned Document pages are now supported and convert correctly for Bank of America orders.

Delivery - PCV Murcor:

• Now supports report delivery in AI Ready format for specific lenders.
• GIF images are now supported when selecting a signature file through the PCV Murcor delivery wizard.
• The progress bar on the final step will now update as the file uploads.
• Reports signed with a .dib or .tga signature now convert correctly.

Delivery - RELS/Value IT: 

• Conditionally accepting an order and using ampersands in the comments will now be successfully acknowledged. 

Forms PowerView: 

• When customizing forms in Contents, the preview of the selected form will now correctly update when using search options.
• Form navigation has been optimized for better transition between forms.
• Placing copyright text on sketches drawn in DaVinci will no longer remove the sketch from a report.
• Using =P to push comparable data forward to other comps will no longer cause the current field to blank out.
• Override number format now works properly when multiple fields are selected.
• The navigational tabs for the major form will now work correctly after reordering forms in the Print dialog.
• QuickLists created for the car storage section of the URAR [Form 1004][03/05] will now check all saved checkboxes.  
• When saving a report with a 1073 form and an additional listings page, the net and gross adjustments will no longer increment with each save.
• Deleted users will no longer be available to select in the text database list.
• The Net and Gross percentages can now be hidden on the new Additional Listing pages for the General Purpose forms.
• Overflowed field data will now append to the correct addenda when more than one are in a report.

General:

• Images with the same filename will no longer be overwritten when merging. 

Images PowerView:

• Copying and pasting an image from the web onto a photo page now adds the image to the Images database correctly.
• Using the right click menu to browse for images will now show files with .jpeg extensions.

Order PowerView: 

• Client contact is now available in the 'Same as' dropdown for Owner contacts. 
• Setting the inspection time using the XSite Scheduler now writes out the information to the order form and updates the XSite schedule properly.
• The Delivered date field in extended billing now gets updated when delivering reports through the XSite plugin.
• The fax number for Lender, Bill To, and Ship To contacts is now properly formatted.
• The reminder checkbox on the appointment scheduling window now remembers if it was checked or unchecked previously.

WinTOTAL Conversion Wizard:

• ClickFORMS reports containing the FNMA 2055 9/96 [Desktop Quantitative] major form now convert correctly to WinTOTAL.
• The latest version of the 1025 [03/05] now converts correctly from ClickFORMS to WinTOTAL.

Workfile PowerView:

• A scenario was fixed in which WinTOTAL would not open if the Drag/Drop window launched from the Workfile on Vista was left open.

Virtual Earth Mapping:

• This update corrects an issue that prevented the Map Wizard from running when .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 was installed.
• Changing the subject address of a report, then going to the Maps PowerView without leaving the address field first will now download the correct map location. 
• Un-checking the map option to show the direction from the subject on the map balloons will not eliminate it from transferring to the proximity fields in the report.
• The dialog box for adding or moving a balloon now scales to fit properties with multi-line addresses.
