WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – December 18, 2008 Update
This update includes the new Fannie Mae 1004MC form, new integration with select handheld GPS devices, and improvements to the report delivery process.

Comps Database: 

• Latitude and Longitude columns are now available when editing the column layout and when customizing search criteria. 
• Mapping comparables from the Comps Database has been optimized and will now load much quicker.

Comps Side by Side View:

• Saved auto adjustment tables can now be deleted.
• Changing text in a locked field will now update the background color for the entire field.
• The F2 function to push data through to other comparables now prompts to remove the signature if the report is signed.
• Typing into the custom fields for additional comparables will now transfer to the form when the 1004D Major Form is used.

Contents PowerView: 

• In some cases, removing multiple forms from a report at once would not work correctly.  This has been fixed.

Forms PowerView: 

• Rich Text Format (RTF) files placed in the Workfile after opening a report from DaVinci into WinTOTAL will now load in the Addenda View correctly.
• Adding an Additional Comparables, Additional Listings, or Additional Rentals form to a report without a major form now works correctly again. 
• Custom fields in the Sales Comparison Approach section will no longer blank out when an Additional Listing form is present in the report. 
• Previously created Worksheets will now load the correct linked fields and cells. 
• Scrolling up and then selecting a field on the Sales Comparison Approach section will no longer switch focus to the top of page 1 of the URAR [Form 1004][03/05]. 
• Fixed an issue which could cause the image on the first page of the GP Consumer major forms to be removed.
• The = shortcut now works correctly when copying individual line items from one listing to another.
• The F2 function to push data through to other comparables now prompts to remove the signature if the report is signed.

General: 

• Corrected a rare issue that could cause reports to become corrupted when linking multiple photo pages to the same set of comps, listings, or rentals.
• Opening a report where the major form had previously been removed when an additional comparables form was present will no longer prompt that the additional comparables were not found.  The report will now open correctly. 
• Jumping to the last form in the report, then deleting that form in conjunction with another form now works correctly.

Order PowerView:

• Merging specific types of images on General Text Addendum forms could cause the icons to disappear from the Order PowerView.  This has been corrected. 

Sketch PowerView:

• Resetting the toolbar in the Sketch PowerView no longer temporarily renames the “Sketch With...” button.

Virtual Earth Mapping:

• Refreshing the map tiles will no longer cause balloon placement for properties to be incorrect when using the right-click centering options.
• There is now an option to place the imagery date on aerial and hybrid type maps at the bottom of step two of the wizard.
• Mapping has been optimized to work correctly over certain VPN connections. 
• Custom balloons are no longer duplicated in the add/remove balloon prompt.
• Merging from a report, then changing the address and immediately getting a location map no longer places the subject in the incorrect location.
• The Map Wizard no longer hangs up on "downloading map" in a specific scenario.

AppraisalPort Delivery: 

• WAMU One Unit Desk Review [7/2008] form is now mapped for AIReady delivery.
• Interior comparable photo forms in a report no longer cause duplicate images to be delivered to AppraisalPort.
• Images placed on Text Addendum forms will now correctly show that they are not converted to AppraisalPort. 
• Original forms and forms translated will now show in the same order when viewing data that couldn't be converted. 
• The OADI viewer will now support using a 'P' character in certain checkboxes of the Improvements section in addition to the normal 'X' character.
• Adding a signature to a GreenPoint Limiting Conditions form in the AppraisalPort plugin now correctly displays the signature in the OADI viewer.
• Additional Photo form icons now show in the OADI viewer whenever there are no comments for the photo.
• Apostrophes in image names no longer cause certain forms to not convert to AppraisalPort.
• Company and contact address data will now be converted into its corresponding street, suite, city, state, and zip code fields.
• Manually typing or pasting the path for signatures and pressing enter will no longer result in an error.
• Placing the same photo on two different photo forms no longer places the images out of order in the OADI viewer.
• The [Portrait Digital/Medium] Subject Photo page form now delivers to AppraisalPort correctly.
• The Comparable Interior Photo Page now transfers the comparable # into the OADI viewer.

GAC/Fiserv Delivery:

• WAMU One Unit Desk Review [7/2008] form is now mapped for AIReady delivery.
• Company and contact address data will now be converted into its corresponding street, suite, city, state, and zip code fields.
• Manually typing or pasting the path for signatures and pressing enter will no longer result in an error.

PCV Murcor Delivery:

• WAMU One Unit Desk Review [7/2008] form is now mapped for AIReady delivery.
• Company and contact address data will now be converted into its corresponding street, suite, city, state, and zip code fields.
• Manually typing or pasting the path for signatures and pressing enter will no longer result in an error.

XSite Plugin Delivery: 

• Corrected an issue that could cause custom fields for Additional Listings to blank out during delivery if the corresponding fields for Comparables didn’t have data as well.
• Sales history fields will now convert from Additional Comparable pages through XSite plugins.

WinTOTAL Competitor Conversion Wizard:

• Some Appraisal Studio reports wouldn’t convert images. This has been corrected.
• Latest version of Appraisal Studio Images and Comparables databases will now convert correctly.
• RapidSketch sketch data now converts correctly from ClickFORMS reports.  
• Calculated fields in ClickFORMS reports with a Small Income major form now convert correctly.  
• Reports from ClickFORMS version 6.4.0 can now be converted to WinTOTAL.
• The Rels Market Conditions Summary [07/2008] form is now converted from competitor source reports.
• All dates in the sales history section on the URAR [Form 1004][03/05] will now convert correctly from DayOne reports.
• Scenarios that could cause DayOne and SFREP Images and Comparable databases to not convert have been corrected.
