WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – January 19, 2009 Update
This update contains updated calculations on the 1004MC form, per new Fannie Mae requirements since we initially released the form last month.

Updated Forms

• List-to-sales price ratio is now calculated as Sale Price / List Price X 100%, and the precision has been set to zero decimal places.  Additionally, using a new form pop-up, you can now control whether you want this value to be calculated at all.
