WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – March 18, 2009 Update
This update contains improvements throughout WinTOTAL.  Also, this update contains the latest FNMA revisions for the 1004MC form, which is still going to be required starting April 1, 2009.

Comps Side by Side:

• Changing the subject’s GLA immediately before signing a report will no longer change adjustments in the report.
• Adjustments will now swap correctly when locked from field transfers.
• Field formats are now included when using F2 or any of the '=' data copy commands to move data between comps, rentals, or listings.  Field locks do not transfer but data will transfer to and from locked fields.
• Fields with bold, italics, or underline formatting will no longer keep the '=' command from working properly.
• Swapping a comp with justification changes now transfers the justification changes to the new comp position.
• Unlocking a calculated field in the Comps PowerView now recalculates the field correctly.
• Detailed View is now remembered when using the Comps Side by Side. 
• Suggested value now displays correctly when detailed view is opened or closed. 

Comps Database: 

• Formatting characters will no longer display when previewing duplicates while importing comps from reports into the database.
• Manufactured home checkbox is now set correctly when importing comps from the currently open WinTOTAL report.
• Adding more than 10 images to a comp in the Comps Database now displays the number of images correctly.
• Comps with invalid dates in the Date of Sale/Time field will now import into the database correctly.

Forms PowerView: 

• Double clicking on a form logo no longer allows you to open the logo into the Image Optimizer.
• Field formats are now included when using F2 or any of the '=' data copy commands to move data between comps, rentals, or listings.  Field locks do not transfer but data will transfer to and from locked fields.
• New recent responses for multi-line fields will now be added when the first line is the same as a previously typed recent response.
• Pop-up menu will no longer get stuck when using = key shortcut on fields with text formatting.
• Selecting sets of fields using the Ctrl key will no longer add a field to the QuickList entry more than once if you click on it more than once.
• "See How" Help link in HoverLinks now points to the correct WinTOTAL User Guide. 
• Entering a New Internet website HoverLink that points to a secure website will now work correctly.
• Adding an image to the Addenda split screen view now maintains focus in the addenda when using the scroll wheel.
• Closing the "Table Dimensions" box with the X in the Addenda split screen view will no longer cause WinTOTAL to stop responding.
• Clicking the X in the "Save Addenda" window from the Addenda View will no longer load the selected addenda.
• When copying text and images together from an existing report to a new report, the image will no longer be missing from the new report after the reports are closed.
• Un-checking certain individual pages on a major form to not be included in the Table of Contents now saves correctly. 

Images PowerView:

• Dragging an image from a photo page of a signed report to a folder outside of the report no longer appears to remove the photo.

Order PowerView:

• Corrected a scenario that could cause the order map to be re-downloaded after manually placing the subject via the Maps PowerView.
• Ctrl-K will no longer cause incorrect fonts and borrower information to be displayed in the Order PowerView on signed reports.
• QuickLists functionality has been removed from contact fields to help prevent duplicate contacts.
• Setting the Invoice Number to be same as 'None' now saves in the report correctly. 
• Cancelling changes to Default Settings will no longer save unless OK is selected. 
• Temporary display issue when going to the Orders PowerView when a filler page is present in a report has been corrected. 

Report Delivery: 

• Using the “XSite Plugin Linked To This Report” option will now load the plugin selection list if no associated plugin is found. 

WinTOTAL Update Wizard: 

• A prompt will now be displayed when downloading updates on a workstation reminding users to close WinTOTAL on all network machines to avoid complications when installing updates.

WinTOTAL Competitor Conversion Wizard: 

• DayOne and SFREP reports containing the HomeFocus Desktop Valuation major form will now convert multi-line fields correctly.  (
• SFREP reports containing the Desktop - Local Advantage major form will now convert multi-line fields correctly.
• Appraisal Studio reports containing a sketch image in .JPG format will now include the image once the report is converted.
• Quality of sketch images converted from ClickFORMS reports has been improved both onscreen and when printed.
• Older additional comparables pages from ClickFORMS now convert correctly to WinTOTAL.
• Optimized conversion of ClickFORMS reports containing Marshall & Swift data.

Workfile PowerView:

• XSite Delivery while in the Workfile PowerView will now correctly add the PDF to the Workfile if selected. 
• The "Print to PDF" option is only available when a printable form type is selected in the Workfile.
