WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – May 19, 2009 Update
This update contains improvements throughout WinTOTAL. 

Comps Database:

• Comparables containing an invalid date format in the Date of Sale/Time field will no longer be excluded when importing from reports in the Files PowerView. 
• Comparable data will no longer be dropped from the database if imported with certain font formatting changes. 
• Comparables containing an invalid Date of Sale/Time format can now be edited correctly. 

Comps Side by Side:

• Adjustment fields with numbers only formatting turned off will no longer lose alpha characters when switching to detailed view.
• The detailed view will now remain open when adding an additional comps page.
• Using the == and =# commands back to back in the same field will now copy over all appropriate data without leaving the field.

Contents PowerView:

• AI Ready Forms & Addenda folder has been updated for latest AI Ready compliance. 

Forms PowerView: 

• Copying and pasting from a Word document into the addendum could cause the page numbering to print incorrectly.  This has been corrected. 
• The limit of spell check custom dictionary entries allowed in WinTOTAL has been increased.
• Unchecking the option to 'Add to QuickList as Item #' will no longer remove previously entered QuickLists. 
• Pressing enter immediately after using a QuickList in a multi-line field should no longer cause the cursor to jump down multiple lines.
• Subject data in a report will now transfer to an REO Addendum when it is merged into the report.
• The subject columns on additional comparables and additional listings pages that are merged into reports will be updated with the subject data from the existing major form.

General:

• Corrected a limited scenario where delivering an order could cause a report to be replaced with the contents of a different report.
• Opening WinTOTAL on a Windows Vista 64bit machine will no longer prompt a low memory warning when the machine does meet system requirements. 
• Optimized WinTOTAL to better recover when a save fails either when signing or manually saving a report so that no data is lost. 

Images PowerView:

• Unused Images that have been removed from the Images database folder will now be removed from this filter correctly. 

Net.X Connect: 

• Corrected a scenario that could cause reports to lose the signature after delivering through XSite Delivery plugins.
• Status messages will now be sent to emails containing an apostrophe.

Order PowerView: 

• Manually editing company or contact names on the order form will now remove the full previous contact data to prevent new contacts from being saved with incorrect data.
• Fee changes made to conditionally declined Mercury Network orders will now sync back into WinTOTAL after the lender accepts the new fee.

Report Delivery: 

• When delivering a report via Outlook or plugins, the predefined Subject messages now show the correct information. 

Tech Support Assistant:

• System RAM will now be reported correctly in Support Requests and on the System tab of the Tech Support Assistant.

Virtual Earth Mapping:

• Map title settings are now stored separately between normal location maps and subject only maps.
• Map titles are now editable when editing and replacing a map.
• Refreshing map tiles while in birds-eye view will no longer switch the view direction back to North.
• Corrected an issue that could cause the 'Subject location map only' option to not display in the dropdown until the toolbar has been reset. 
• Corrected a scenario that could cause font type characters to display in the Property Information section of the Maps PowerView. 
• Corrected display issue where drop downs in the Map Wizard could be off-screen when set to maximized screen size. 

AppraisalPort Delivery: 

• Get a Home Inspection [HUD-92564-CN 6/06][OMB 07/31/2009] forms are now available for AIReady delivery. 
• TSI Restricted Use of Valuation Report [3/2009] has been mapped for AIReady delivery. 
• 'Other' field in the Present Land Use % field is now mapped correctly when a space was entered after the data. 

RELS/Value IT Delivery: 

• Page numbers on delivered PDF will now be correct when unselecting invoice and RELS order forms from delivery.
• The plugin is now accessible from the Windows taskbar to keep the final upload success message from getting stuck behind the report.

XSite Delivery Plugins: 

• Using the “XSite plugin linked to this report” delivery option will now recognize SouthWest Financial orders and Quantrix orders, therefore automatically loading the appropriate plugin when this option is selected. 

WinTOTAL Competitor Conversion Wizard: 

• DayOne's Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report [Form 1004MC][03/09] now converts correctly. 
• Prior Sales History on Additional Comparable pages when used with a Condo [Form 1073][03/05] now converts correctly from DayOne reports. 
• Sales History on the Small Income [Form 1025][03/05] major form and additional comparable pages will now be converted correctly from DayOne reports. 
• SFREP reports will now convert to the latest version of the Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report [Form 1004MC][03/09]. 
• Improvements have been made to the SFREP/Wilson images database conversion process.
• Improvements have been made to the SFREP/Wilson text database conversion.
• Additional Listings forms are now converted from Appraisal Studio/HighPerform reports for certain Fannie Mae major forms.
• Appraisal Studio/HighPerForm text database entries in the comps grid, comments field, and addenda will now be converted correctly.
• Appraisal Studio/HighPerForm text database entries will now be visible on all applicable forms.
• WinSketch sketch images from Appraisal Studio/HighPerform reports will now convert to WinTOTAL correctly. 
• Appraisal Studio/HighPerform reports containing the Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report [Form 1004MC][03/09] will convert properly.
• Square footage will now be converted into the comparable database from Bradford/ClickFORMS databases. 
• ClickFORMS reports will convert to the latest version of the Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report [Form 1004MC][03/09] in WinTOTAL.
