Activate your business listing in the XSites Network Directory
Hundreds of thousands of lenders, agents, mortgage professionals, and others search the XSites Network Directory to find appraisers in different areas. So if you don’t have your business listing activated in the yet, you could be missing out on directing extra traffic to your XSite, attracting new business, and more. In fact, about a half a million orders are placed through the XSites Network each month. And attracting new business is just one of the benefits of having your business listing activated. Having a link from the XSites Network Directory to your Appraiser XSite can improve search engine ranking too.
How can I find out if my business listing is already active?
Simple. Just visit the page, and do a search for your business. Even if your company comes up as a result, you'll want to make sure that the counties you service are listed, so that your company will come up as a result when others are searching for an appraiser in those counties. You’ll also want to make sure that your license and E&O information are current.
Follow these quick steps to update your business listing:
- Log in to the Admin section of your XSite: Go to the homepage of your XSite, scroll down, and click ‘Admin Login’.
- Pick your counties: Click ‘Business Management’, then ‘Options’, then ‘Coverage’ on the left. Then just click ‘Add,’ click on the name of your state, then scroll down and check off your counties. After that, just click ‘Add,’ and then ‘Done’ (at the bottom of the page). Then check ‘Available to All’ and either ‘Residential’ or ‘Commercial’ or both, and click ‘Save’.
- Allow orders. Click the ‘XSite’ icon at the top, then click ‘Online Ordering’ on the left. Check the box to enable online ordering, and click ‘Save’.
- Choose your domain. This could be a domain name you already own, or else we'll provide you one at no extra cost. Simply click the ‘XSite’ icon at the top, then click ‘Manage Domains’ on the left and proceed with the information in the main window. To apply a domain you already own, follow these instructions:
- Update your credentials. Click ‘My Office’, then click ‘User Management’. Scroll down and make sure your License and E&O information are current.
You’re done! It could take up to 24 hours for your info to come up under your counties in the directory. |
