With checkboxes and drop-downs, you can complete forms in a hurry. But your QuickLists will help you the most. All your QuickList canned comments from WinTOTAL are available in Pocket TOTAL. Just tap the entry for each field you want and you’re flying through the forms.

Pocket TOTAL has voice recording, and you can store multiple notes with each file. When you sync with WinTOTAL, your voice notes are stored in your report’s Digital Workfile. If you ever need to pull up your appraisal report for review, those voice recordings are invaluable.
