Desktop Billing Known Issues Current as of (2/26/2007)

This is a list of items we know need to be fixed or features that are still in development.
Feature: Ability to create and use custom products and fees.
Feature: Ability to deliver invoice as a separate pdf at the same time the report is delivered.
Feature: Ability to deliver only the invoice via the Delivery Wizard.
Feature: Ability to download all XSite invoice information when switching from XSite Billing to Desktop Billing.
Feature: Ability to upload all Desktop invoice information when switching from Desktop Billing to XSite Billing.
Issue: The office workload numbers in the dashboard are inaccurate.
Issue: If you create a new report but decide not to save it, you're prompted to create ad hoc contacts. The work around is to uncheck Desktop Billing and then to close the report.
Issue: Prompting for values such as Client in a custom report requires that you know the contact name instead of providing a drop down list of possible values.
Issue: The From section of the invoice is populated with the local Office settings. If the report is emailed to another WinTOTAL install, it's impossible to change the From section without removing the invoice.
