WinTOTAL Aurora (v5) – September 16, 2008 Update
This update includes fixes throughout WinTOTAL. Additionally, you can now run the map wizard in a “Subject Only” mode that will get a location map that only includes the subject, and retains settings and preferences separately from your regular mapping process. Also, you can now search for comps in your Comps Database, and export to Excel just the records shown in the results.
Appraisal Desktop:
Tooltips being active in the Files PowerView can no longer cause the wrong report to open.
In some cases, the Appraisal Desktop would not close down properly. This has been corrected.
Comps PowerView:
Adding comps in a report to the Comps Database will now append photos from the report to the existing comp record.
Exporting comps records from the database will now only export the comps currently displayed on screen.
Field locks on comps higher than Comp #3 will now be transferred to the Forms PowerView correctly.
Desktop Billing:
An issue has been corrected that would cause the Dashboard to load slowly when there are a large number of invoices to display.
Reports with a date filter set to prompt will no longer show a dropdown over the calendar icon.
Running a management report with a contact filter set to prompt, followed by a non-contact filter, now displays the correct contacts.
DaVinci Support:
Creating a report in DaVinci Mobile Pro, then merging into a new WinTOTAL report now correctly merges in the DaVinci Sketch page.
Adding any of the a la mode General Purpose forms to a report in DaVinci now opens into WinTOTAL correctly.
Forms PowerView:
Tables copied and pasted from Excel onto an addendum page now display correctly.
Loading a document into the addenda split screen over an existing addendum, then immediately printing, now prints the correct addenda pages.
In certain scenarios the message, “WinTOTAL cannot print the text addendum” would be displayed when printing to PDF with particular data on the report's addenda. This has been corrected.
Images will now be retained in reports after using the Windows “Undo” command to recover a deleted photo.
When inserting an image into an addendum and then attempting to save it as an Athena report, Aurora will no longer attempt to save the image instead of the report.
WinTOTAL Athena created reports containing certain cover letters or addenda pages now upgrade to Aurora correctly.
net.X Connect:
When using Windows Vista, the Send status and/or client notifications window no longer cuts off the "Edit" link for Inspection Complete and Inspection Scheduled statuses.
Sketch PowerView:
Sketches created in reports with the letter sized GP Condo forms will now print on letter sized paper.
Virtual Earth Mapping:
With Windows Data Execution Prevention turned on, launching the map wizard will no longer force WinTOTAL to close.
Perfectly straight line annotations on maps will now show correctly once the map is placed in the report.
Proximity to subject will now update correctly after editing balloon text.
The flood map panel drop-down list on step four of the map wizard will now populate with the correct map panel information.
Using the right click center options no longer causes the map to shift unnecessarily when moving it with the mouse.
You may now choose between using the address or GPS coordinates when adding a property on step one of the map wizard.
Maps downloaded in bird's eye view can now be correctly rotated.
The custom balloon box is no longer overlapped on a map with more than 16 properties.
Subject Location Map only option will now allow you to download a map with only the subject property on it by default.
Correct menu will now be displayed when right-clicking on an icon in bird's eye mode.
Corrected an issue that caused the standardized U.S. Postal Service address and zip code fields to display blank when editing older maps.
Refresh option has been added to step 2 of the Map Wizard to eliminate the wizard from displaying a white screen when Internet connection temporarily failed.
WinTOTAL Conversion Wizard:
DayOne reports containing a Land [Y2K] major form can now be successfully converted into WinTOTAL.
Workfile PowerView:
Corrected an issue that could cause certain types of Word documents to not open correctly from the WorkFile PowerView.
The FieldData.RTF file generated in DaVinci created reports will now preview correctly in the WorkFile PowerView.

AppraisalPort Delivery:
Pre-Foreclosure Addendum, Statement of Limiting Conditions [Review], Compliance Inspection Report [HUD-92051 7/87], Supplemental Addendum [Single-page], and ERC [Rev. 09/03] forms are now available in the AI Ready Forms section in WinTOTAL’s Contents.
When delivering a 1004, the first custom field below Porch/Patio/Deck on page two now converts to AppraisalPort.
Reports containing a Real Estate Owned (REO) addendum and an additional listings page now convert correctly to AppraisalPort.
Reports containing multiple Real Estate Owned (REO) Addendum forms now convert correctly.
Reports containing an REO addendum no longer add an unnecessary additional listings page when converting to AppraisalPort.
Scanned Addendum pages are now converted onto Additional Map pages when delivered through AppraisalPort.
Selected text on photo pages will now convert when delivered to AppraisalPort.
The Cooperative Housing section of the Cooperative [Form 2090][03/05] now converts correctly.
The Date of Review field in the Reviewer's Summary section of the Review Short Form - 2006 now converts correctly.

Report photos with an ampersand in the file name are correctly displayed in the OADI viewer now.
Reports containing more than 3 subject photos will now correctly convert the fourth subject photo.
The Unit Description section of the Condo [Form 1073][03/05] now converts correctly.
Corrected an issue that could cause a blank Additional Photos 7-9 page to be added when delivering to AppraisalPort.
Corrected an issue when manually attaching signatures in the wizard that could cause the signature files to not be uploaded.
GAC / Fiserv Lending Solutions Delivery:
The Fiserv Lending solutions plugin now runs different review rules depending on the lender.
The Fiserv Lending solutions plugin now prompts the appraiser for additional questions if Chase is identified as the lender.
The Supplemental Addendum [Single-page] and the ERC [Rev. 09/03] major form is now converted when delivering through GAC /Fiserv.
Reports containing an REO addendum and an additional listings page will now convert correctly to GAC/Fiserv.
Scanned Addendum pages are now converted onto Additional Map pages when delivered through GAC/Fiserv.
