Four-day work week
Yes, you read that right. Spend the first three Fridays of every month however you'd like. Spend the last Friday of the month out of the office with your team, learning new skills or serving your community. This perk is available for all employees, with the exception of our phone-based sales and tech teams.

We pay 100% for single medical coverage through Aetna, along with dental, vision, life, and disability. Our family options are affordable too. You can also invest smartly with our 401(k) options with immediate 100% vesting.
A minimum wage of $30k+ at the entry level
No employee in the company makes less than $30,000 a year, whether salaried or hourly. And once you're here, there's plenty of room to grow. We promote from within, so there's no ceiling on how far you can progress when you work hard.
Free food trucks, free healthy snacks and a lunch allowance
OKC is famous for its food trucks and a different one parks behind the office twice a week to serve up a fun, free and delicious meal. And, to make sure lunch is always on us, after 90 days on the job, every team member gets a $2,000 annual food allowance, paid out twice each month. You'll also avoid those occasional mid-afternoon slumps with a visit to our café, which is stocked with coffee, fruits, and other healthy snacks, totally free of charge.
