Even though your XSite has powerful online ordering capabilities we know that you have clients that still want to use their fax machine to place orders with you.  And that's OK — because your XSite can easily take any faxed order and turn it into a digital order using our DirectFax technology. 

With DirectFax, your clients can fax orders (and any accompanying documentation) just like they normally would.  But instead of you hassling with loose individual papers that can be easily lost, DirectFax will convert all the docs into one nice, neat and manageable PDF file.  The PDF goes right into the DirectFax filter of your Orders section in the Business Management area on your XSite and you'll get an instant e-mail  letting you know it's there.  Then you decide to create the order from the PDF or delete it.

Log into the admin area of your XSite and click on the Business Management icon.  Click on the Orders button in the dropdown menu.  You'll see two links.  One for DirectFax Order Form and one for DirectFax Cover Sheet.  The DirectFax Order Form is a blank bar-coded order form that your client can quickly fill out and fax back to our toll-free DirectFax number. 

The DirectFax Cover Sheet is simply that — a cover sheet.  It should be used for clients that must use their company specific order form to do business with you.  They use it as the first page of their documentation and fax everything to our toll-free DirectFax number.

Just print out copies of either of these forms and get them in the hands of your clients that want to fax you orders.
Once your client sends their fax to our secure servers, it gets converted it into a PDF file that is immediately uploaded to your XSites Order section.  An e-mail is sent to you letting you know you've just received a DirectFax order.
To retrieve the order, log back into the admin area of your XSite, click on the Business Management icon and then click on the Orders button.  But you'll now click on the DirectFax Orders link in the lower left side of the page to see what's been submitted.  And that's it!

Now create the order and it's just as if your client went to your XSite and placed the order online.  Synch up with WinTOTAL and get started on the report immediately.  Send your client status notifications through every step of the report and virtually eliminate the phone tag you deal with daily.  DirectFax is so easy for your clients to use and lets them continue to send you orders by their preferred method.

Your clients can also download both of the DirectFax forms right from your XSite.  Links to both documents are displayed on the
Order an Appraisal and Client Login pages of your site.

Note:  DirectFax usage is tied to your XSite level.  Enterprise XSite owners can receive up to 1000 pages per year via DirectFax while Professional XSite owners can receive up to 200.
