When I was reading the news this morning, two things stuck out: 1) a family built and moved into a 168 sq. foot home and 2) PGA Masters newly crowned champ Bubba Watson's home is for sale.

Almost every home has a "story" these days. Whether it's the size, location, features, or who lived there, every home (and listing) has a story that engages buyers beyond simple curb appeal.
