Learn UAD workflow from the software experts

We've said it many times: the UAD is the biggest change to appraisal workflow since the creation of the URAR. It's much more than just simple data-entry changes. There are new fields, new formats, as well as new and very specific quality and condition ratings, and much more. If you haven't started learning about the UAD requirements, it's important that you set aside some time for training soon.
We know you rely on us not just for great software, but for the best training and support as well. We won't let you down. Our team has put together the most comprehensive UAD training tour we've seen anywhere.
Leading up to the GSEs mandatory September 1st deadline, we're the only software company visiting 22 cities to train appraisers live, and in person. Our live UAD sessions are intense, no-fluff, four-hour sessions. We've heard of other companies offering all-day training, but eight hours isn't necessary, especially since summer is the busiest time of the year for most appraisers. We wanted to get you trained and back to work as fast as humanly possible. The courses start at 9 AM and end at 1 PM so you can get back to what pays the bills — appraising properties.
The live classes are broken into distinct sessions. The first leads off with discussion of the UMDP, which is the broader GSE initiative that UAD falls under. Then we'll talk about the reasons for UAD in particular — including real-world examples of some of the inconsistencies that UAD is designed to fix. After a quick break, we fire up a URAR form and walk through every single field with a UAD requirement, and give you a chance to ask questions about each one.
Of course we understand you may not be able to make an in-person session. If you can't spare the out-of-office time to get to one of our regional destination cities, we're hosting many, many webinars. How many is hard to say right now. Every time we post one on our website it almost immediately fills to our webinar vendor's 200 seat capacity. So as long as appraisers (all appraisers, not just our customers) want to know more about UAD, we'll continue to add more. You can see a complete list of our upcoming webinars at www.alamode.com/training.
Our appraiser-focused UAD training is already a huge hit. Cities across the country are sold out and we're adding more destinations to keep up with the overwhelming demand. But helping appraisers understand the UAD is only half the equation.
In addition to our appraisal-focused training, our Mortgage Solutions Division is also hitting the road and hosting webinars to train lender and AMC staffs on UAD requirements. That's critical. The more lenders understand about these new appraisal requirements, the fewer questions you can expect about your reports. And any time we see an opportunity for appraisers to get reports done with fewer distractions, we'll jump on it. When you do well, we do well. If you have clients who you think would get something out of our training, refer them to www.MercuryVMP.com/training.
So be sure and set aside some time to thoroughly learn the UAD. September 1st is just around the corner, and there's a lot to learn. We've got plenty of resources available whether you want in-person training or prefer to follow along on the web. Simply visit our training center online at www.alamode.com/training today to sign up. Get signed up for one of our classes and make sure your business is UAD ready.
