Armstrong: Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What are Armstrong's minimum system requirements?
A. Armstrong's minimum recommended system configuration is:
- Processor: 1 GHz Pentium III class CPU or better (1.5ghz or better recommended).
- Memory: 512 MB of RAM or more (1GB or more recommended)
- Hard Drive: 150 MB of free hard drive space for the program. You'll need more than that for appraisals and digital images.
- O/S: Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP2, Vista, or Windows 7 (for Vista or Windows 7, either the 32-bit or 64-bit versions are fine).
- Video: SVGA (800x600) video card with 32 MB RAM (1024x768 with 128MB recommended).
Q. Can I install Armstrong on the same machine as Athena or Aurora?
A. Yes. It installs "side-by-side" with any other versions of WinTOTAL without interfering or overwriting anything.
Q. Can I un-install Armstrong if I choose to?
A. Yes! Just go to your control panel's "Add/Remove Programs" list.
Q. Are files created in Armstrong compatible with previous versions of WinTOTAL?
A. Currently, files created in Armstrong are compatible with Aurora. Soon, we'll have an update available for Athena that will make them compatible with that version.
