The Mortgage Solution's client/server LOS product is designed to scale-up to a growing community bank or credit union's requirements for larger operations, such as growing a multi-branch environment. This new integration allows Mortgage Software Solutions lenders to not only work with their existing appraisers, but also place electronic appraisal orders with appraisers in every county in every state in the U.S. Mercury Network appraisers are able to deliver industry-standard PDF appraisal report files along with MISMO-standard XML tracking data back to their clients – Mortgage Software Solutions customers. Custom workflow and review rules pre-process the report, saving work and time for the appraiser and increasing turn times for the lender.
