Mortgage lenders, Realtors‚ and home sellers can quickly search for eDomina appraiser members in the property’s county and order an appraisal.  Once a request is submitted, appraisers are notified via e-mail, pager, cellular phone or fax. Their desktop software retrieves the request, and status updates are automatically sent to eDomina as milestones are achieved. Once reports are complete, the entire report is viewable as an Adobe® Acrobat® PDF file.
