a la mode technologies, llc. (“ALM”) considers customer privacy to have utmost importance. ALM will never share your phone number, email, or any other personal information with any third-party service as described in the following Privacy Policy.

 

THIRD-PARTY OPT-OUT

If you choose not to opt-out of third-party tools, using application-based settings, and visitors to these pages agree to provide third-parties with their personally identifiable information, you implicitly agree that third-party services may retain personally identifiable information as per the third-party providers’ own privacy policy terms.

 

LOG FILES

Like many other websites, ALM makes use of log files, which include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the sites and demographic information. IP addresses and other such information do not link to any personal information.

 

COOKIES AND BEACONS

ALM uses cookies and beacons to store information about visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit and customize web page content based on visitors’ behavior. ALM reserves the right to retain any other information provided through ALM or partner cookies and beacons. ALM has no obligation to share this information with clients directly, although ALM may make available some information collected by cookies and beacons through the client’s own dashboard.

GOOGLE CALENDAR INTEGRATION

Property Vision™ is integrated with Google Calendar. ALM accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data in the following manner:

  1. Data Accessed: We require read-only access to your calendar for this integration. This will result in our having access to event details. However, we will not ever read or use those event details. We will only use the busy times (start and stop times) within the application.

  2. Data Usage: The calendar schedule data is processed solely in real time to display a user's availability. We store connection information in our database to facilitate this integration. This connection data is necessary for the feature to work, but it does not include the actual calendar data.

  3. Data Sharing: We do not share any Google Calendar data with any third parties.

  4. Data Storage and Protection: We store basic connection information in our database to maintain the integration. We do not store any Google Calendar schedule data or calendar invites on our servers. The schedule information itself is accessed dynamically and is transient.

  5. Data Retention and Deletion: Users can disconnect their Google Calendar from the application at any time. When a user revokes access, we immediately remove the user’s connection information from our database.

  6. Human Access: We enforce strict logical access controls. Our human personnel do not read or access the user's Google Calendar data.

  7. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: We do not use any information received from Google APIs to train, develop, or improve machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems.
