8:30 - 10 am Excel Basics
This class covers how to create basic spreadsheets using formulas and tables, and convert them to graphical images. We'll then convert these into full pages into your WinTOTAL report as helpful support for your valuation decisions.

10:15 am - 12 pm Mercury Network Basics
We'll show you why lenders love the Mercury Network for compliant appraisal ordering and delivery, and show you how lenders use the system on a day-to-day basis. This sets up the second half of class, where we'll step through the way an appraiser uses the Mercury Network, giving suggestions about communication, ranking and general use.

12 - 1 pm Break for lunch

1 - 3 pm Marketing 101 and Driving Traffic
Most appraisers tend to shy away from the word "marketing." In this class, we break down the wall of intimidation, giving appraisers the basics by using real world examples, and focusing on the practical application of concepts. We'll end this section with a discussion on how to most effectively drive traffic to your XSite, complete with Search Engine Optimization basics.

3:15 - 5 pm Non-Lender Marketing and How to Build a site that will Convert your Customers
Continue to expand your marketing horizons by using XSellerate to import contact lists from scratch, set up season-long e-mail campaigns for attorneys, and use your past WinTOTAL reports to market directly to homeowners in need of Tax Challenge appraisals. We'll wrap up the day with several practical XSite-building tips to help you design an XSite that will keep your clients coming back, and also convert site visitors into paying clients.
