One of the primary reasons leads tend to fall through the cracks is because they’re not sent to the right place. Sometimes that means they go to the wrong agent, but often it simply means they’re not going to the RIGHT agent. Broker XSites’ Group Routing solves that problem.
When you’re building a lead capture form for a page, you can specify exactly what agent or group of agents you wish those particular leads to go to. If it’s a page about condos – you can route leads from that page to your agents specializing in condos. You can do the same for neighborhoods, property types, luxury homes, or any of the niches the agents in your brokerage specialize in.
You can set up your routing system for equal and fair distribution, or you can create nested groups for preferential treatment of certain agents or teams.
Of course, if you have a designated admin in your office who routes leads manually, you can simply tell your XSite to send all leads to that admin (or admin team), who can then manually process and route those leads to the appropriate destination. We know how important response time is in today’s market, so we’ve built a full-featured mobile lead alert and processing system for your agents. When an agent receives a lead, with the click of a button they can view the entire context that came in from the lead capture form – no more contacting website visitors unprepared.
If you’re in the middle of something, touch another button and you can even set a lead reminder so you don’t forget to follow up. Or, if the lead doesn’t require an instant call-back, you can touch another button and send it to a pre-built drip-marketing campaign, or even another agent. It’s all instant, and it’s all mobile, which means leads no longer sit stagnant in an agent’s inbox.
Agent Lead Backup
Even beyond the instant notification and management of leads coming to the Broker XSite, when you equip the agents in your office with Agent XSites, every lead those sites generate are automatically backed up in your central contact database. That means when an agent leaves your office (as sometimes happens), they no longer take their leads with them.
It also means you can set up an automatic drip-marketing campaign for those leads that runs in parallel to your agent’s own marketing/follow-up efforts, acting as a safety net in case they simply don’t follow up. For instance, 24 hours after a lead comes to one of your agents, your Broker XSite can automatically send an email asking if they’ve already been contacted, and if not, giving them information on how to receive further help.
