Field Data Gathering

1. No conversion or importing – DaVinci Pro Mobile files are the same format as WinTOTAL files.
2. Handwritten notes, sketches and voice recordings created with DaVinci’s FieldPad transfer to the report’s Digital Workfile in WinTOTAL.
3. Enter comps (no matter how many) in either WinTOTAL or DaVinci. While you’re in the field you can take photos,
   gather data and take any notes on them you want. Everything you enter in DaVinci shows up in WinTOTAL.
4. Data gathering screens are completely customizable. Change the fields, their order, or add new ones on the fly. Work the way you want to.
5. Data without a corresponding field on a form is automatically added to a supplemental addendum for you in WinTOTAL, so you don’t lose a thing.
6. DaVinci’s critical fields are also customizable, so you don’t forget anything while you’re onsite.

Sketching

1. Gestures – DaVinci understands hand written abbreviations and gestures, such as “S” for South or “Bas” for Basement; you don’t have to select a separate text tool
2. DaVinci includes a robust symbol and label library.
3. As you sketch, tapping the room labels pops up a window for entering room specific data.
4. Snap Lines – Hand drawn sketching snaps into lines, arcs and angles
5. Snap Dimensions – Hand written dimensions instantly convert to text and are applied to the lines
6. Every room and area type is customizable — edit line color, shading, pattern, and fonts to suit your style.
7. Bluetooth Disto integration - use your Bluetooth Disto to send measurements straight to DaVinci without even touching the screen

File Management

1. Folders work like WinTOTAL
2. Files move easily into WinTOTAL’s Appraisal Desktop with integrated support for removable storage devices
3. Access XSite Orders inside DaVinci’s File Manager
4. You can create files in WinTOTAL or DaVinci to be used in either software
