New FNMA content page and XSellerate campaign now available

Dreading the thought of educating all of your clients about the new Fannie Mae appraisal forms required on November 1? We thought so. That's why we created an XSite content page and an XSellerate e-mail campaign to help you stay ahead of the curve. With details that are most important to your lender clients, these resources will help brand you as their valuation expert. They'll impress upon them that the new forms involve a lot more research and analysis. And, of course, they'll let your clients know what to expect from the new forms.

You're lucky if your clients are thinking about appraisal forms once every ten years. Since they're going to be in the next few weeks, we want to help you position yourself as a professional with subject matter expertise. Some of your colleagues will be flying blind with the new forms and so will their clients. We'll help you stay a step ahead. Both the new XSite content page and XSellerate campaign are available now, so take advantage of the weeks ahead by teaching your clients the details of this important form.
