Appraiser XSites –
March 17, 2006 Update
This
update contains multiple bug fixes and improvements, including updates for
Accounting, Invoicing and Contacts.
Business Management
- When the “Date Paid” field is updated in reporting and invoicing, it’s also
displayed in the Date Paid grid (Invoices) correctly.
- The “Date Completed” field can now be previewed on invoices.
- There are now checks in place for making sure all data is validated in the
Apply Payment screens.
- Previously, you were being prompted to pay an invoice when there was a check
number or date missing from a payment record. The invoice now properly shows
as paid when a payment is made even if some data is missing.
- Clicking click the submit button twice on a credit card charged in Business
Management no longer runs the card twice.
- In Reports, you are now prompted that you can’t set the Primary and
Secondary sort values to the same criteria in a report, which would cause an
error.
- Deleting client payments and employee payments work identically now.
- The entire pay employee screen has been updated to look and act similar to
the client payments screen.
- An issue has been corrected where certain links within the notifications in
My Office weren’t pointing to the correct page in Business Management.
- The client payments screen no longer requires that credit card processing be
enabled. If you do not have credit card processing enabled on your XSite you
will simply not see the option to charge a card.
- We fixed an issue with the Bill To section of an invoice showing up blank
when data for this was previously added in the Order form.
- Refreshing the Appraiser Fees screen within Options in Business Management
works correctly.
- When creating a new contact in the Appraiser options screen you’ll now see
the new contacts interface.
- Now when setting accounting permissions for other users on your XSite, the
screen displays correctly.
- Custom fee tables are now properly limited to Enterprise level XSites.
Contacts
- If a contact was missing essential fields, tying it to an XSites Network
login account caused an error. You’re now prompted to fill in the necessary
information first.
- You’ll now only be prompted with one warning when trying to delete a contact
associated with an Order or an Invoice.
- Companies are now sorted correctly in the Company drop down menu when adding
new contacts.
- Particular “Views” in Contacts are remembered when you revisit the page. If
you click on “View Contacts” in the secondary navigation, it now properly
overrides the remembered setting and does not take you to an incorrect page.
- Grid columns are now resizable throughout the Contacts database.
- Horizontal scroll bars now appear correctly in the contacts database.
