SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from us, you agree to these terms of service (“Terms”). We may update these Terms from time to time and updates will be effective upon posting. Your continued participation in the SMS service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

When you opt-in to the SMS service, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us at the number provided. We will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

The SMS service is used to send you transactional and service-related notifications about your a la mode account, including, but not limited to, scheduled maintenance of the a la mode services and appointments you’ve scheduled with our coaches and training team. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with the a la mode service.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [#####]. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to [#####]. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use the SMS service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received in connection with the SMS service. If you have any questions about your text or data plans, contact your wireless provider.
