I had always used ACI, just because that’s what I learned on. But I knew most appraisers used a la mode. So far, my experience has gone really well. The main reason I switched is because I wanted to focus on mobile and ACI didn’t really offer a mobile plaform.
My interactions with support have been great. I love how you can type in a question and have someone call you back. I like the coaching too. Having someone give me a live tutorial is really helpful. I was kind of worried about the learning curve, but the support and coaching are a huge help.

Another thing I'm loving is the SmartExchange peer comps. It’s awesome to be able to type in an address and have it populate and be able to see what your peers have done. Before, I would have to fill out every single grid, so this is a big time saver.
I like Titan Drive, too. I needed to be able to work on one computer and then pull up the same report somewhere else, and it allows me to do that.
Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to switch.
