OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. The Contest is open to United States residents at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. You must be a real estate appraiser and current customer of a la mode. Employees and their immediate family members or persons who live in the same household of a la mode technologies, llc ("a la mode"), its affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies, or any other company engaged in the development, production, distribution, or sponsorship of this Contest are not eligible to enter or win. By entering, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of a la mode, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. DRAWING: 10 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received between January 21, 2026 and February 26, 2026. The drawing will take place at or about 9:00 a.m. central time, on February 27, 2026 at Cotality | a la mode located at 501 NE 122nd St., Suite E, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114.

3. ENTRY: To enter, you must fill out the entry form via https://www.alamode.com/submit-uad-3.6-report including a zip file of a test UAD 3.6 report filled as completely as possible. Any other attempt at entry is void. This entry satisfies the express written permission requirement allowing a la mode to send email solicitations and/or advertisements. All entries are the property of a la mode. Contestants can submit multiple entries, but each contestant is only eligible to win one (1) $100 credit prize.

4. PRIZE/ODDS: A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded; each name drawn will receive $100 account credit, which can be used within 365 days on renewal or new products. Odds of winning in the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the contest, where permitted by law, the entrant agrees to grant to a la mode, and its licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the entrant’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further, without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by a la mode. By accepting the prize, the winner(s) agree(s) to release and hold harmless a la mode, and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents of any type or kind, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Contest related activity, or participation in this Contest.

a la mode reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant it finds, in its sole discretion, to be (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, (ii) in violation of these Official Contest Rules, or (iv) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. a la mode will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
